Feedback following1-2-1 Mum and Baby Yoga
Gemma’s Postnatal Yoga classes were just the tonic after having a baby. Not only was the Yoga beneficial it also great to chat before and after class, we found the class length perfect too.
I attended Gemma’s pregnancy Yoga classes right up to birth, which I felt really benefited my pregnancy, birth and start of motherhood.
I still suffered from a bit of back and hip pain after birth, her postnatal sessions really helped ease discomfort and helped me gain strength lost during pregnancy.
It was really nice to do something just for us two. Gemma is very approachable and her calming voice instantly puts me at ease. She is patient and confidently in her teaching.
I was very pleased with Gemmas knowledge of the pelvic floor and anatomy and will be continuing to build in the yoga into our daily lives, including the lovely relaxation which has helped us as a family on those tricky days.
I am looking forward to trying out Gemma’s other Yoga classes when I feel ready.
