Restorative Yoga Bury St. Edmunds

Restorative Yoga in Bury St. Edmunds - Thursdays 6pm at the Anselm Community Centre - BOOK NOW

This class  includes slow passive stretches at the beginning of the session that help to ease tension in places like back, neck, hips and shoulders to help aid healthy body alignment, promote digestion.

We will then lead on to our well supported restorative poses with empathise on mindfulness and deep breathing, aiming to help a good night’s sleep, just the tonic after lockdown!

Postures have a gentle focus to help bring ease in the body and mind. Postures will be either seated or laying and held for around 5 - 10 mins with the use of props.

Here is what you will need.

1 x Yoga mat 
1 x Yoga block 

2 x Blankets 

1 x Small cushion

1 x pillow case (very random but you will need one)

1 x strap/ scarf or belt 

If you like using an eye mask or eye pillow and have one, feel free to bring it along.
